NO REFUND POLICY Effective Date: January 1, 2026 At Blossom HTX Hair Studio, all sales are final. By booking an appointment and/or purchasing any service or product, you acknowledge and agree to the following policy:
1. NO REFUNDS All payments made for services, packages, treatments, deposits, and retail products are NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances. This includes dissatisfaction with results, change of mind, failure to follow aftercare instructions, or inability to complete a service.
2. RESULTS DISCLAIMER Results may vary from client to client. Blossom HTX Hair Salon does not guarantee specific outcomes. Hair condition, previous treatments, maintenance, and lifestyle all affect results.
3. DEPOSITS All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and required to secure appointments. Deposits may be applied toward your service but will be forfeited if you cancel late, reschedule outside policy guidelines, or fail to show.
4. TOUCH-UPS & ADJUSTMENTS Any additional services, corrections, or adjustments requested after completion will be considered a new service and charged accordingly. Complimentary corrections are not guaranteed and are provided solely at salon discretion.
5. CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS Failure to attend your appointment or cancel without proper notice will result in loss of deposit and may require a new deposit to rebook. Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.
6. LIABILITY WAIVER Blossom HTX Hair Salon and its stylists are not liable for allergic reactions, hair damage due to prior chemical history, unexpected results, or dissatisfaction after service completion. By proceeding with services, you acknowledge and accept all risks.
7. CLIENT AGREEMENT By booking with Blossom HTX Hair Salon, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this No Refund Policy in full.
8. TEXAS LEGAL NOTICE This policy is intended to support business protection and clear client disclosure under applicable Texas law, including:
• Texas Business & Commerce Code § 2.316 – permits limitation of certain warranties when clearly disclosed. • Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act (DTPA) – § 17.41–17.63 – this policy does not waive consumer rights, but clarifies service terms and expectations. • Texas Occupations Code § 1602 – governs cosmetology and salon service standards in Texas. • Texas Penal Code § 31.04 (Theft of Service) – receiving or reserving services without intent to pay may constitute theft of service. • Texas Civil Practice & Remedies Code § 93.001 – written agreements acknowledged by a client may be enforceable.
